Indications
- Treatment in combination with exemestane of advanced hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer in postmenopausal women who do not have Rapidly progressive visceral disease, if previous therapy with non-steroidal aromatase inhibitors has led to relapse or progression.
- Treatment of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma whose disease progresses on or after VEGF therapy (targeting vascular endothelial growth factor).
- Treatment of unresectable or metastatic, well or moderately differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors in adult patients with progressive disease.
- Treatment of patients with subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (SEGA) associated with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) requiring therapeutic intervention other than surgery.
- Evidence of the effectiveness of treatment are changes in the amount of SEGA. No further clinical outcome, such as improvement in disease-related symptoms, was found.
- Treatment of adult patients with renal angiomyolipomas associated with the tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) in which there is a risk of complications (eg, tumor size, aneurysm, multiple tumors, or bilateral tumors) that do not require surgery.
- Evidence of the effectiveness of treatment is the analysis of changes in the total volume of angiomyolipomas.
