Indications for use
Inoperable or metastatic melanoma in patients with BRAF V600 gene mutation.
Method of administration and dosage
Orally, adults 150 mg 2 times a day (equivalent to a total daily dose of 300 mg), no later than 1 hour before meals or no earlier than 2 hours after meals, observing a 12-hour interval between doses; should be taken every day at the same time. If a dose of dabrafenib is missed and there is less than 6 hours left until the next dose, the missed dose should not be taken.
