Indications
- Maintenance therapy for locally or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer in the absence of disease progression after 4 courses of standard platinum-based chemotherapy.
- Locally or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after failure of one or more chemotherapy regimens.
- First line treatment for topical, metastatic pancreatic cancer or pancreatic cancer (not amenable to surgery) in combination with gemcitabine.
